“What I love the most about this yoga rug is that it has a NATURAL non-slip bottom, which means it grips the floor like a yoga mat but you get the organic feel of a yoga rug, and you don't have to mess around with anything extra. I am spoiled now, I can never go back! I practice ashtanga and have struggled with grip/sweaty hands on other mats. Using this mat allows me to focus more deeply on my practice.
